We arrived much before our check in time due to just getting off the ship. I asked if they could do the luggage hold and the lady working said absolutely. I asked if they were able to do it after we checked out because our flights were much later then check in. She said no problem. She was super friendly and kind. The next day someone else was working and we asked about luggage hold and she said no. I understand not being able to do it but if we would have known sooner we could have made arrangements.

Housecleaning walked into each of the 3 rooms we were in before we checked out while still in our rooms.
