The staff was amazing, she was kind and helpful. Our fridge didn't work and my son needed cold drinks for him college camp the next day so so got us switched rooms with no problem.

The hotel canceled my reservation before I got there and refused to refund me. Bonus, reached out to booking.com, they have completely ignored me. 4 weeks and still no refund from either.
