I want to thank Rose for her help. She accommodated us in a very stressful time as we were stranded in Nashville due to car issues and had to be there for an emergency surgery at Vanderbilt. Rose was kind and helpful and we appreciate her.

If I could leave LESS THAN ZERO, I would. We are platinum members. We tried to check in at 7:30 pm. No one was at the desk.... I called out numerous times. I tried to call from the reservation room... No answer. After a long time, someone finally came. No greeting. No apology... Just a gruff... "System is down. Come back in 45 minutes.". I asked where we could go because family was with me and 90 degrees. She shrugged. While I was away I called Wyndham and asked if I could cancel and go somewhere else with my family.... Was told no, I would be charged unless I went back and cancelled with lady behind desk. They tried to call hotel. Could not get through to her. I went back after 45 minutes, lady was slouched behind desk, pulled up reservation and insisted that I use same credit card... Said "look, this is the way it is going to go....". I was angry at this point. I went to the card, my wife found her Wyndham rewards card, I went back to the front desk, and threw the card in front of her. She said "you dissed me... I am cancelling your reservation.". I said please check me in.... She refused. I called Wyndham customer service . The manager called a couple of hours later... Said he would confirm my story and review tapes and call me back. I NEVER received a call back. I will be cancelling my Wyndham Rewards account and cancelling the Wyndham Rewards credit card. I plan to use another chain from now on if at all possible

Bathroom and room were kind of out dated, the phone line didn’t work. Very friendly employees, but the room in general was alright. Decent if you’re only here for 2-3 days. I had 3 towels, when I asked for some fresh ones, they only gave back 2. Parking was good.

"If all you want is a comfy bed"

Worst Wyndham in the chain… super ghetto, but the bed was super super comfy. Shower didn’t drain and it looks like instead of replacing the toilet seat they painted it (as an example of what to expect).

Our overall stay at this hotel was just okay. The room we stayed in was not up to high standards, but it wasn't as rundown as some reviews made it out to be. If you're traveling on a budget and have access to a car, the location is fairly close to Nashville and an be a decent option to consider. However, the biggest downside of our stay came from our interaction with a particular female receptionist during check-in. We asked for extra room cards for our group, which should have been a routine request, but were instead met with a poor attitude. Things escalated further when the room cards didn’t work and it is not the lt on our part. When we sought help, she not only refused to assist us but also yelled at one of our group members. Her behavior was shockingly unprofessional. She made comments along the lines of: "If you guys want to be on a budget, don't go here. You don’t expect Hilton treatment here." To make matters worse, she went as far as saying that if we returned again to her, she would not offer any help whatsoever. Additionally, the shower head in our originally assigned room was broken. When we brought this up and asked about the possibility of a room change, the same receptionist raised her voice and continued to speak rudely and dismissively. The customer service we received specifically from this individual was completely unacceptable. I sincerely hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to staff training.
