Sänky oli mukava. Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä. Vastaanoton naistyöntekijä oli aivan ihana ja auttavainen. Minulle järjestettiin lisämaksusta kaupunkikierros pyynnöstäni, se järjestyi hyvin lyhyellä aikataululla. Hotellin vierestä löytyy palveluita kuten market ja ravintoloita.

Rakennus vaikuttaa aika vanhalta ja kylpyhuone kaipaisi päivittämistä.

Terrible and Unsafe Experience I booked with the option to pay upon arrival, yet I was called by someone claiming to be staff and pressured to send money to an unknown mobile number. When I refused and insisted on paying through the official system, they said it was a busy period and they preferred guests who show up with cash. They then canceled my reservation altogether. Completely unprofessional, unsafe, and unreliable. Your booking means nothing to them if someone else walks in with money. I would never trust this place again.

They advertise false information about free private parking at a nearby location, we had to pay 250mzm per night and got the rear wiper stolen on the first night, I complained to the reception lady and told me there is nothing she can do, I cancelled the stay at another guest house because of no parking following the false information published on Booking. Towels smell very bad The room is leaking when it rains The whole room stinks sewer, I had to close the sink drain pipe with toilet paper and plastic in the sink to reduce the smell You can feel the springs in the mattress and wake up every morning with back pain.

Reception people was lovely and helpful, the only valiable thing in the hotel.

I have been twice in 2 weeks and they have not fixed anything I pointed out on my 1st visit. See below. The room was dirty and in poor condition with the smell or the toilet in your bed. - NO WIFI (and not fixed in 2 weeks) - Doors damaged. - Walls/ceiling/flor full of dirt and broken. - Mosquitos in it (without a net). - Location on Google Maps is wrong (close but you need to ask) and telephone number is not updated so there is no option to contact them. - Airport transfer is not included, just from the airport to hotel not otherwise. Tried to book this service previous to my arrival in Maputo but it was not possible as noone respond in the previous 20 hours.
