The sheets were absolutely not changed. The pillows are so old and flat. The floors were not mopped and sticky. We specifically looked for a hotel with an indoor pool but the pool room was not heated so the pool was freezing.

The breakfast was very limited. And online it says open until 10 and I went down before 10 and the front desk person said 930. She also told me 10am when I came in. I asked for a little bit of mil for my coffee and she refused to give it to me. They were just cleaning up there was no way there wasn’t any. She was very difficult.

The pool should be open longer and better breakfast
