I didn’t like anything I usually stay at this hotel When I am in town but this time it was the worst experience ever!
Front desk staff was not the most pleasing. Rooms were dirty. Accommodation was not what I asked for. Refund policy should be changed. I don’t know how motel rooms can be advertised as “hotel” rooms because the minute I have to walk outside to get to my room that is now considered a motel and that is not what I paid for.
