An unwarranted and additional cleaning fee of 200 Aud was charged, even though we were never informed that the trash couldn’t simply be put in the bin and had to be taken down the mountain.

The whole house was amazing! The deck was beautiful and we loved the view.

Slight issue with the hot water system, but once we let them know it was fixed straight away!

View,relaxing verrahah, bed comfortable, fridge with ice maker, quiet, lots of books to sit and relax, good shower pressure

No air con in bed rooms- this needs to be rectified very hot No hair dryer- had to purchase one Rubbish bins had to be taken down the hill for pick up and returned Code for new gate installed not mentioned to us prior to visit had to get a taxi driver to open fur us Main room very small no onsuite
