That there was a mix up with one of my rooms my first name was last and last name 1st and it took over an hour to find and fix the problem. The complementary breakfast was not worth it for $20 per person. That's ridiculous!

Room was not what I booked front desk wouldn't help, got a hold of Expedia they got the right room for me. Was targeted by staff for calling Expedia. Hotel staff retaliated by charging me double the advertised rate. The morning desk person fixed it but they will hold the full amount for 5 to 7 days. Will never return to this property.
