I liked the breakfast even though it was a basic menu. I liked how there were options beyond bagels, cereal, and waffles.

More fruit, juices, and sandwiches.

The room was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was adequate. The staff were very friendly and helpful

Breakfast could have offered a few more items such as: fresh fruit in addition to the apples, hardboiled eggs.

Breakfast was OK. Most of the options were processed foods with little healthy alternatives.

I had booked a room with two queen beds since I was traveling with my mother and daughter. Upon arrival, Lloyd at the front desk informed us that the hotel does not guarantee room requests made through Booking.com and that no rooms matching our reservation were available. Long story short, we were relocated to a suite with only one bed, which forced me to sleep on the sofa bed. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable: the mattress was very thin and uneven, and the bed frame itself was unlevelled, causing me to constantly slide to one side throughout the night. I barely slept. Bonus: the sofa-bed was filthy and severely stained. I asked if we could be accommodated in a room with two beds or in two separate rooms, but the request was denied. I was told this policy was stated in the fine print and that they would not open an additional room for us. The following day, I requested once again to be moved to the room type I had originally booked. As a result, we had to pack and unpack all of our belongings again, which was both frustrating and a waste of valuable vacation time. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend booking this property through Booking.com or other third-party websites if you expect your room reservation details to be honored.

Le seul point qui pourrait être amélioré est le bruit généré par le climatiseur.
