This was a $70.00 room rate so it was pretty much what I expected. The property is very outdated and the room had damaged wallpaper, gouges etc. I had to pay a $100.00 deposit against room damage which is ironic since the room is already damaged with no repairs being made. I had business to take care of and since I just needed a place to sleep I am fine with the rate which is commensurate with the property condition.
