Ritz Apart Hotel

We had a very positive stay at Ritz Apart Hotel. The suite was clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. We really appreciated the self-service laundry, which was very convenient after two weeks of constant touring. A few minor issues: room temperature couldn’t be adjusted, the hairdryer was old and sometimes overheated, there was no body wash in the shower, no coffee maker, and the small plastic trash bins could be improved. Overall, I would happily stay here again when visiting La Paz.

Lovely and clean with a great location, I’m plenty of space for suitcases if you are travelling.

It would be nice if the hotel provided at least a welcome tea and coffee sachet in the room.

El tamaño de la habitación y la ubicación, cercan al centro histórico, pero suficientemente lejos para no estar metido en el mogollón de trafico y ruido.

Todo el personal tanto en recepción como restaurante, demasiado serio y poco empático, transmitían la sensación de no estar satisfechos con lo que haciendo con con las políticas de la empresa; tampoco me gusto tener que esperar durante el Check Out, a que el recepcionista tuviese la confirmación de la persona de mantenimiento, que en la habitación estaban todas las toallas y no había roto nada, una situación LAMENTABLE fuera de lugar y de tiempo.

A very solid 9 - let down only by the wifi! Staff - a few of the team spoke excellent English but all were happy to help. Room - fantastic for a few days stay; huge space and well equipped. Plug sockets everywhere. Warm but just about right - if too warm just open the window! Massive and super comfy bed. Resteraunt - the Argentinian steak was incredible! Breakfast was consistent and plentiful. Open all day for food and there's a little coffee bar in the lobby area! Payment - all credit cards accepted and charged in USD or Bs ... just tell the team which you prefer! Location - perfect location in a quieter part of town but with everything you could need within walking distance. You can also jump on the Celeste Teleferico line and be in the centre within 15 mins including the walk from the hotel! Or hop on Blanco and start a full loop of the city! Summary - would 100% stay here again; just sort the Internet out :D

The Internet (wifi) honeslty was totally useless like everyone else has said ... genuinely didnt work the whole time! Get a grip guys you have a fantastic hotel but no usable Internet is a serious problem especially for workers and those needing to plan their travels on the move
