"We couldn’t stayed. The guest services is so poorly that he decide ti cancel our reservation to give it to other guest."

Nothing. The first thing you recieve is the hotel services staff (Harry) screaming and tell you that he canceled your reservation and that the hitel is full and now you have to another hotel that he has arrange. The second it was very dirty and it had a bad smell.

We couldn’t past more of than the lobby since the hotel staff canceled our reservation to give it to other people

"Comfortable enough for a quick stay"

The bed was large (King) and comfortable. Room was large, spacey, and clean. Shower was nice and water was hot.

The towels in the bathroom were on the small size. The heater/air conditioner controls did not work - I had to unplug from the wall because it got to cold and I could not adjust it. Not many good tv channel choices. No ice machine/buckets (I understand this is a hotel for extended stays and you have your own freezer, but for short stays, ice should still be offered), No airport shuttle!

Look above worst hotel chain there is said he get me another hotel and lied
