Lovely staff, ambient rooms, relaxing pool. Loved it I'd recommend it

Madè the staff member was so sweet and pleasant and catered to our needs without tiring. He doesn't even speak english. His banana pancakes are amazing! The location is super close to Dream beach and Devil's Tear. The pool is clean You get what you paid for.

The place is not impressive and could use some maintenance. No hot water in the shower.

The room is beautiful and clean, the outdoor shower is lovely and the staff are friendly. Also the pool is warm and clean and the hotel is very close to dream beach.

Some things a little run down

Staff and location is just amazing. When we arrived, water in our room was not working, it was fixed in 10 minutes in shower. The sink still did not pour water but ok. Shower was more important. Surrounding is amazing, clean, full of trees and flowers. Pool was very nice, clean. Rooms and big and have a refrigerator.

Showers and toilets need maintanance. It may be cleaned regularly but it was extremely in a need of repairing, Our problem were breakfast. You get 4 choices, we chose nasi goreng and mie goreng and after ordering they came back that its not available. You can also pick a FRESH juice from 5-6 choices, but they only had one, orange. After asking if it is really a fresh juice they said no, it is a syrup with water. I do not recommend ordering accommodation with breakfast here. Portions are extremely small and not worthy. We asked for a cot for small baby, they approved and there was none. Only an extra small matress on the floor with no net around. Not suitable for 2 yo child.

We are very happy with everything, thank you. The personnel was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was really good. The pool was very clean. Airco was fine but did not really cool down the room the way we wanted. The accomodation is so close to dream beach and other highlights, its location is perfect. Its garden is so beautiful, it feels private and peaceful. Would go there again!

We were not informed about rental of the bike. The staff said we could take the bike without telling us it will cost something and how much. The room wasn’t cleaned once during our stay of 4 nights and the water in the shower was cold.
