The staff was very friendly and gave me a lot of recommendations!

There weren't any towels in the rooms, so even to dry your hands after washing them you had to get one from the desk. You also have to pay for luggage storage

The breakfast and the location was great. The room was a little cramped up though. The hostel was accessible and located in a good part of Lisbon which made accessing key attractions easy.

The room was too cramped up, plus the bathroom was a little bit small making it hard to keep it clean with the room fully occupied. That along with the fact that we didn't have access to drinking water at the reception didn't make it so good.
