"Family reunion "

I booked rooms for family reunion. When family arrived checked in went to their room a few of them rooms smelled of mold and mildew and couldn’t stay there due to health issues. Front desk accommodation them with another room with was better and some just went and got another hotel to stay. This hotel needs a full make over. My family was disappointed and had to spend more money to stay in San Antonio to be comfortable. Thanks

Great service! The room was clean and smelled clean. The location of the hotel is close to a lot of places to eat. We stayed there because we had to catch a flight early in the morning. It was a short drive to the airport.

"Nice and quiet stay"

"Great hotel, great location, excellent staff"

Hotel was in a safe location, rooms were clean, staff was amazing- shoutout to Bria at the front desk and Maria at the bistro! Super accommodating. Top floor had less noise. Water, coffee and snacks in lobby. Rooms were a bit dated but beds were comfortable. Would stay again simply for the amazing service.

Had to change rooms 3 times. Old rooms old carpet, tv didn’t work, dreary , mattress was hard had to sleep in a chair !!!
