Good location, nice lobby, nice cafe, nice restaurant and good sitting areas out side.

Our room was run down, stained carpet, furniture had big chunks of Formica broken off night stand by bed, out side sitting area very dirty. Out side furniture very dirty, greasy finger print on sliding glass and glass banister. I did report this to front desk, cleaning crew came in second day there and somewhat cleaned, not very well. Lobby, Cafe, Restaurant and outside sitting area were very nice. So disappointing to have such a dirty and run down room,

Not enough cupboard or drawer space in the bedroom.

The cleanliness, view, friendly staff.

Location, We had a view of the harbor, and a balcony to sit out at and watch boats and seaplanes and paddlers whiz by.

Noise of the a/c, H/vac was obnoxiously loud, plus construction in the neighborhood was so loud we closed the balcony turned off the a/c and vent.. Then after all the construction work stopped for the day, we opened the balcony doors and let the evening air cool off the room

Excellent location and a gorgeous view of the harbour.

Location on the water. Room had a beautiful view. Room was super spacious. Everything was lovely
