Personnel à l'écoute, très aimable. Nous avions besoin d'une salle de conférence pendant la nuit pour des communications avec l'Europe, et on nous a automatiquement propose un late checkout pour avoir le temps de se reposer... C'est un geste appréciable.

Il manque un jacuzzi à la piscine

Room was a bit chilly. Instructions on how to turn the heat up or down would be useful. I ws not able to figure it out properly.

"Beautiful hotel, perfect location and welcoming staff"

Staff were extremely attentive, professional, friendly and helpful. Rooms were beautiful. Very comfortable beds, super soft bed linens, top quality pillows. Everything was perfect and I have stayed at many 5 star hotels.

There was nothing missing.
