We really liked the warm welcome from Marijan Via messages. And that both Marijan and Booking.com gave us the heads up about the building being painted. We knew what to expect when we arrived. The painters removed the screen on the last day. We had a nice chat with them the morning we left. The entry instructions were clear. The apartment was exactly as described. And everything worked! We met up with family in Zadar and this apartment was perfect.There is a coffee maker, previous review said there wasn't one. There is a Studenac market 2 minute walk from the apartment. They did not have the pods for the coffee maker, we found them at a Konzum . The location was so ideal, the building is almost in front of the pedestrian bridge. There are 3 bakeries with in 2 minute walk. And a really good local farmers market in the old City that is open 7 days a week 7-10am. Zadar was so much fun to explore, walk around, great places to eat, drink.I was a little worried that the flat only had one bathroom. But it was never an issue. It is very large.The washing machine and the lift was super helpful.Thank you for amazing stay!

Marijen was a wonderful host, communication was excellent with details for entry and access, very easy. Location was 10/10 right at the entrance to Old City.. only had to walk across the bridge. Gorgeous at night, wonderful views. Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed, washing machine, air con walking distance to everything! Didn’t use our car once. Marijen also gave us some fabulous restaurant recommendations. Highly recommend Eden Apartments cannot fault anything about our stay.

Apartment is lovely, very spacious, clean, well supplied, though the bathroom could use additional shower toilet toiletries. Excellent washing machine. Terrific location, just on the other side of the footbridge leading to the old town. Property manager Marijan saved the day by helping me on the morning of my departure to retrieve my towed rental car. Use extra caution to ensure parking in the correct spot, as I misunderstood the instructions and another car was parked where I should have. It all worked out in the end!

Other than the parking snafu, everything was great.

The apartment is in a perfect location, just over the bridge into the Old Town! It was very comfortable for 3 persons.
