Broken hot tub ,mold in bedroom,mold in jam at breakfast, garbage in halls,horrible front desk staff,building under renovations, room dirty

Nice renovated rooms, the pool was nice.

We had a hockey team on our floor, they were throwing food in the hallway, banging on doors by kicking them up until midnight, screaming, running up and down the hallway, etc. Called the front desk staff and manager on two occasions, other people on the floor also did. All he said to them was and I quote “try to keep it down”. There wasn’t a single adult on the floor with these kids. We had a sleeping toddler who kept getting woken up and the manager wouldn’t even tell them to go into their rooms. Never had these issues at the simon or Hampton, will definitely be taking my bookings there next time as they know how to ensure a proper peaceful stay.

Hubby and I needed some R & R. We were treated like royalty. Few burps along the way but the competent staff were on it immediately. I wish to express our sincere gratitude for renewing our faith in service. We both win…from the bottom of our hearts; a genuine thank you. Paul and Wendy

During our stay, a water main broke and the hotel did not have water all day. We could not use the bathroom or shower. When speaking to the manager about compensation she was extremely rude and spoke over me and at one point even yelled at me. I posted a review on Google and the hotel responded, I couldn’t believe my eyes when I read that they actually lied! They said in their response that we were offered bottled water and access to a room on their second floor that apparently had water??? They also said that the manager had witnesses to our conversation that will say she spoke to me with respect. I can tell you that these are blatant lies. We had 35 families at this hotel for a minor hockey tournament and not one of them were offered anything. Nothing. No bottles water, no access to running water. Nothing. Absolutely appalling and shameful of these people.

Stayed overnight before catching the ferry to NFLD. Great location. We loved the boardwalk which is right on the water and behind the hotel. Lovely walk and park. Room was very clean and friendly staff . Only black mark is the parking lot. It needs some repairs and the hotel charges for parking outside. We would definitely stay again.

Etablissement de bon confort, bien placé, bien équipé, belle piscine. Personnel professionnel. Restaurant satisfaisant.

The position was great for our overnight stay.

The air-conditioner was very noisy!
