ANA Crowne Plaza Fukuoka by IHG

Alright, the rooms are small and outdated. My rooms was so small that I had to put my suitcase on the bed just to open it. I made due but I was surprised at the small size. My room and my friends rooms was not 100% clean. The carpets have seen better days, the walls were gray and the bathroom looked like it needed a deep clean. The lobby was super pretty and the staff was nice. The location of the hotel is great as its around the corner from the train station which was also easy to get to and from. The mall was there and there is a lot of places to shop at. The walls are thin and you can hear the person in the next room over. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again unless they did a full renovation. It felt stuffy and you can see that they can do better.

Staffs were very accommodating and pleasant with smiles and calm demeanour. Breakfast had enough variation and seasoning wasn't too extreme. Staffs here were also very pleasant and professional.

The room was outdated and tired looking furniture. Would like to see some renovations done.

廊下の電気が蛍光色だったので、少し冷たい雰囲気がしました。シャンプーなどはとても高級な物を使用されていたのですが、ニオイにクセがあり少し苦手でした。

English TV channeis and Netflux

We have spent 3 nights here in an executive room, with lounge access. Pro’s - large toon as old hotel, train station and central access Ok - exec lounge - breakfast ok, but canapés and drinks are very light, with only one red and white wine, gym is big but old equipment Negative - AC - on check in they tell you it’s centrally run and it’s awful - we had to get staff to open the locks on the windows and get the temperature down to 15 degrees which after 3 hours got our room to sleepable. So if you need exec lounge access go for it, if not there are better places in Hakata.
