Eva Recommends Triana

We absolutely loved the location, the small balconies overlooking the cafes below, the proximity to the market, how quiet it was at night, the building was beautiful and clean, we appreciated the easy access with the door code, the cleanliness, the apartment layout and most of the furniture, the style.

The AC unit in the bedroom was broken / leaking so much it made a puddle by the bed. We came to find out that this had been reported several times previously and had yet to be fixed. So, when we inquired about it on the phone and via message, we were essentially, lied to when manager said that there would be someone coming out to fix it asap-they had no intention of sending anyone to fix it. June in Seville is very hot. The AC in the living room was not cool enough. Ended up waking up at dawn and moving to the living room because it was so hot. Cleaning staff finished 30 mins past check-in time so we had to wait sitting in the stairs until the apartment was finished. This is after having called early in the day requesting early access if possible. The kitchen chairs were metal - they looked super cool but on a floor like that, they were just so loud. No basics in the kitchen like salt, sugar, EVOO, vinegar, coffee and tea packets - nothing but water in the fridge. The curtains-some were missing. The shampoo and soap bottles in the bathroom were not labeled. How were we supposed to know which was the shower gel, shampoo, etc.

La conciergerie est vraiment à l’écoute, on avait un problème avec la climatisation et l’équipe de nuit nous a expliqué vraiment clairement le fonctionnement la localisation elle est parfaite l’établissement, il est propre la décoration

Peut-être un point à améliorer qui est possibilité de Chromecast sur la télé, mais ce serait vraiment un petit plus

Me encanta la ubicación, un lugar cerca de puntos clave de Sevilla, con gran oferta gastronómica, mercados, supermercados y servicios cerca.

No había electricidad para: acceder al alojamiento a través del tablero electrónico que funciona como llave, no se podía usar la vitro, no se pudo usar el aire acondicionado con 34 grados, ni ver la televisión y la mayoría de los enchufes estaban inoperantes. Es un lío intentar resolver todo el tema a través de WhatsApp, es un bot que te va dando opciones hasta pasarte con una persona física que te pueda ayudar de verdad. Las chicas al teléfono nos dieron indicaciones como usar la llave de emergencia para acceder y manipular el tablero eléctrico que ya de por sí es un riesgo. Comprendemos que hayan imprevistos, sin embargo ya desde el momento en que llegamos el problema existía. Avisamos de la llave física y demás. Invertimos tiempo en llamadas, en mi caso que no me gusta tocar los diferenciales del tablero de la electricidad, porque me da miedo, tuve que hacerlo… Nos quedamos con comida comprada que no podíamos cocinar… ya que sin vitro imposible. Una pena, te alojas porque hay cocina y facilidades como el aire y la tele y no las puedes usar… vas de descanso y terminas metiendo mano a un tablero eléctrico…

Die Dachterrasse war hervorragend und absolutes Highlight dieser Unterkunft, auch die Lage im schönen und empfehlenswerten Viertel Triana ist definitiv hervorzuheben. Die Wohnung an sich ist groß, hell, modern geschnitten und hat mehrere Klimaanlagen. Auch sehr angenehm; der Zahlencode statt Schlüssel oder Karte (Schlüssel trotzdem vorhanden). Der verpflichtende Online-Checkin verlief problemlos und anwenderfreundlich.

Die Unterkunft hat funktional alles Nötige zu bieten, jedoch könnte die Ausstattung/Einrichtung komfortabler sein. Auf der Dachterrasse wäre ein Sonnenschirm bei knapp 40 Grad wünschenswert. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war in unserem Fall zu Beginn etwas verwirrend, offenbar mit KI-Chatbot.

Location is perfect, the old town of Triana would take a week to explore properly and just a very quick walk to the centre of Seville.

Nothing to dislike, accomodation was perfect.

Location was perfect, just at the end of the bridge in Triana, lots of restaurants within a five minute walk. Terrace was huge with amazing views of the city. Beds were very comfortable & air conditioning worked well. Lovely fluffy towels.

Furniture in living area is a bit tired, but not a big problem. Entry to the building would be a problem if your phone battery died.
