"Worst hotel i've stayed in kn America"

It was only one night.

Pubic hairs in the bathroom. Stained bedding, crumbs on the sheets, dark curly hairs in beds and not changed bed sheets. Bed & pillows were uncomfortable. Light not working in tge bathroom area, no toiletries. Microwave was rusty, Fridge was dirty, floor was dirty with broken chocolate sweet on floor. Tv noise from next door all night & early in the morning. Cars reving up outside. We got no sleep. Reception smelt, breakfast area was small, there was lack of food & choice, felt uncomfortable with the staff in reception as they weren't friendly. We won't be using it again and as part of a tour group we will be telling others about our bad experience.

"It was a bad experience."

The room was decorated nice

The TV didn’t work, the phone didn’t work, the floor was filthy, you could hear the traffic really bad, they only gave 2 towels for 5 people staying 2 nights.
