Das Bett war für einen 1,92 m großen Mann in meinem Zimmer viel zu kurz und Matratze sehr weich

The room was spacious and had a fridge, the bed was comfortable.

The staff were extremely slow to check me in, two members of staff acknowledged me but walked off. When I asked where to park they were very unhelpful and tried to put me off using their garage as they didn't have much room, I told them we specifically chose this hotel because of parking being offered and we had contacted them in advance to request parking, they reluctantly let me park a motorbike in the garage. The bathroom was mouldy with cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, mouldy blinds. Squashed spider on the wall. One drinking glass supplied. We found other guests wandering round the hotel looking for their room as check in had also been unhelpful to them. No shampoo or conditioner in the shower, only hand wash supplied in the shower. Will not be staying here again.

Frühstück war nicht so hochwertig, aber viel Auswahl

They first gave me a room in the 3rd floor with no elevator. When I asked them if they could switch the room to an elevator-accessible room they first told me they were totally booked and it would not be possible. But then they looked in their computer and gave me a room promised to another guest and told me that they will deal with it later.

It must be mentioned at YOUR website that there are rooms that can only be reached through stairs. For younger people probably no problem but for seniors it can be a challenge

Gelegen in het centrum

Geen directe mogelijkheid om de auto te parkeren voor het inchecken. We werden er direct op gewezen dat er voor de deur gecontroleerd werd door politie/parkeercontroleur. We werden verwezen naar de garage van het hotel tegen 15 euro per nacht.
