The location.

It wasn’t as clean as I thought it would be. You could see under the door from outside. It smelt like cigarettes inside the room. Breakfast was disappointing.

Price was excellent. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Location goid.

The lady who checked us in was wonderful. A lady who worked during the day seemed grumpy unappreciative of us as customers. This goes to with a " gentleman" who scowled at me when I went to get coffee in the morning and promptly disappeared into an office or apartment.
