Superb service by all staff, all the way from reception, restaurant, housekeeping to the security. Everyone was so warm, friendly and helpful. We lost our float at the lagoon but the reception escalated our request to the activity centre and found it towards the end of the day (they didn’t forget about us!). The drinks at the room were refilled so regularly (even until near checkout) that we were never thirsty under the super hot weather. We also had so much fun at the activity centre—rode the scooter, bicycle, played at the water obstacle course, water tricycle, and float etc.—Many activities for us to engage in. FOOD was so delicious at the ANMON restaurant too—I love the mie goreng in particular so much!

The facility and stay is nice and beautiful. The staffs can communicate well in english.

The bungee wait can be slight delay during peak hours and the food there need tremedous improvement.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Made the stay there enjoyable. Was also great that we can have more than 2 in a room! It does get kind of humid inside the tent when the weather is hot, but I guess it can’t be help cause it’s weather!

Very relaxing stayed. My family enjoy the stayed. Food was good. Staff were really friendly. Activities at Treasure Bay was good. Kids have fun there.
