This hotel is located just a few steps from the sea and is surrounded by a variety of restaurants, shops, and water sports facilities. Their rooftop terrace restaurant offers stunning sea views. The rooms, designed for three people, are simple but quite clean considering the price. Basic breakfast and dinner are included. Breakfast typically consists of aloo paratha and tea/coffee. Dinner includes vegetable curry, dal, rice, and chapati...the food is tasty, although I found it a little spicy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The manager, s...is very welcoming and accommodating.

Our stay was comfortable, and the caretaker was very helpful and cooperative. The location is right next to Anjuna Beach, which is a big plus point. The room is simple and basic; don't expect too much at this price point, especially being right next to the beach. Breakfast and dinner were also good.
