Stardust Motel

Overall was okay… provided a place to sleep and shower. Unfortunately the entire property is very run down. The blinds were not functioning properly and were anyways inadequate to block any light at night, which is necessary in the summer. The bathroom was old and not at all maintained. It was moldy and dirty. The shower curtain smelled awful!

We had queen/single room with adjoining kitchenette which was useful as we returned from hiking in Kluane after all the local restaurants had closed. Water nice and hot, pressure was on the low side. Room was clean, but dated. I enjoyed it as it reminded me of my Grandma's house in the 70's. But it may not be for everyone. Staff was friendly and location was convenient. I would stay here again.

Could use newer curtains for the daylight summer months.

This was a very basic, but dated room. I reserved a room with two double beds and got a room with one double and one single bed

Sink and toilet in bathroom where very short. Blinds in bedroom where missing some parts, so couldn't get the room dark and felt like people could see inside.

This is a older motel but it's a very comfortable room Right off the Alcan highway

It’s not a new place but it is small, quiet and very clean. A refrigerator, fan and 2 double beds, dresser, small table and chair. Outside is rustic but it’s in the Yukon! It’s safe and tidy outside. We enjoyed our stay.

60’s type property but clean and warm.

Folks allergic to bees beware: yellowjackets all over the place, including alive inside the room (room 1) and several dead on the carpet (unsafe, unclean). Unreal. I had to move the bed to find an outlet to charge my phone (inconvenient). There is not a decent hotel in Haines Junction despite it being one of the most beautiful places in the world. The front desk woman was very nice, but this property should be condemned. Very sad and extremely difficult to get any sleep.

TV broken, WIFI not working, floors dirty, bathroom dirty, door to room had wasps, lots of them had to walk thru them to get into the room. Door to room had space at bottom, wasps entered. everything was old, musty, and it was a dump. We would have left but there was no where to go.
