Beds and pillows are soft and comfortable

Breakfast is not included as what they promote in this site. They only give you a discount voucher…. The staff at the restaurant were struggling…. not organized…they gave me the wrong order and we waited so long for the order to come…in the end, they gave us a free breakfast which is good.

"Low price and easy access are good features but less than expected."

Location is good for east-west highway travel. Easy to find. Room was clean and price was low-ish and appreciated having a FREE pet-friendly room with a nice king bed.

Building, facilities and furniture need updating. Check-in desk was hard to find. (It is located in the center of the casino and there is no obvious outdoor signage directing you to the hotel check-in desk.) Note: The picture of the "Copper Queen" shown in this app is of the casino side of the property. The casino allows indoor smoking and had a smoky smell. We stayed in the nonsmoking side, which is caddy-corner from the casino and was cheaper than the casino side rooms and as a result probably less up-to-date.
