If you are looking for a great place to stay in the heart of Denver, definitely consider The Oxford Hotel. Close to Coors Field for a ball game, the zoo, the aquarium, and many other great places to see and do. You are surrounded by hundreds of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. All open late too for night life people. Hotel is beautiful and concierge is so helpful with directions, rides within a km. Union station can take you straight to & from airport for $10. We will stay here again for sure. Very affordable too.

Me and wife visited Denver for our anniversary. The hotel was beautiful. Service was unbelievable. Couldn’t recommend it more.

The cutest historic hotel! The staff were beyond attentive and engaging! They also had a free bourbon tasting which was incredible. They do it daily with a rotation! Worth checking out

Perfect location for rail travlers. If you're looking for exceptional accommodations in Denver during x-country travel, this is the spot. You might find a cheaper hotel further out, however, when add the cost of Ubering to a cheaper hotel and back to Union Station, it's no bargin. The Oxford is and will be my go to spot in Denver.

What a perfect central jumping off spot for our trip to Denver! Walking distance to all of the stadiums, the Arts District, Civic Center and all things LoDo! The room was clean and lovely. The shower had great water pressure too. Breakfast and the Bourbon tasting were truly icing on the cake. The entire staff was willing to take time to answer questions about the history of the hotel as well as gave suggestions for amazing food and play options close by.

The ambiance and knowledge we were staying in he oldest hotel in Denver was so cool. The staff from the Doormen to the front desk and room attendants were at the ready to help, answer questions and give suggestions for places to go. This spot in LoDo is the perfect jumping off point for all things downtown Denver has to offer. The breakfast and Bourbon tasting were truly icing on the cake!

I recently stayed at The Oxford Hotel, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The front desk staff were consistently friendly and responsive, and they truly went the extra mile. One evening when I returned to the hotel, it was unusually cold. I sat down in the lobby to warm up, and the front desk attendant noticed and offered to check whether they could light a fire—even though fires are typically only made on weekends. He received approval and soon had a beautiful fire going. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the lobby feel especially welcoming. I had read some reviews mentioning concerns about breakfast, but I found it perfectly adequate—especially considering the hotel doesn’t have a full kitchen. There were fresh hard-boiled eggs, crispy bagels with lox, fresh fruit, yogurt, assorted danishes, and coffee. While the coffee was on the weaker side, there is a coffee shop right next door, which makes it easy to grab a stronger cup if that’s your preference. The room itself was beautiful and surprisingly spacious for an older hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was gorgeous. Another highlight was having access to a full gym, which was a real treat and something I greatly appreciated during my stay. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again. The combination of warm service, comfortable accommodations, and thoughtful touches made this a memorable visit.
