"A good option in the Farmington Valley"

It’s a nice property, though maybe a little tired in places. Staff was very nice and professional

I wish there was more within walking distance, that is why I usually stay at 1820 House

As with every inn/hotel it begins with staff. Friendly and very knowledgeable about what is in the area to do.( Lots). Rooms were clean. The hot tub was great. The breakfast was more than enough. Coffee excellent. Restaurants on site were very good. While we were there 2 weddings were being held. Peeked in both ballrooms were wonderful for these events. Overall I recommend this property.

"Nice stay"

We had a nice stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was available, so we actually had very little interaction with the staff. There were a lot of options for breakfast. It didn’t really impact our stay, but this is an older hotel that needs a bit of updating.

Gorgeous property! I love coming into a warm fire in the fireplace and a smiling face with as my welcome. I will stay here every time I visit this part of CT.
