Excelente localização. Bons restaurantes nas proximidades e possível de chegar à praça principal após uma pequena e agradável caminhada de 8 a 10 min. Possibilidade de visitar vários locais de interesse a pé. Instalações confortáveis e limpas. Ficamos num quarto de res do chão com a janela virada para a rua. Nada que choque mas em termos de ruído não é o desejado. No entanto, conseguimos descansar. Pequeno almoço muito bom com produtos muitos frescos e preparado na hora, tomado numa varanda com vistas agradáveis. Funcionários muito simpáticos e disponíveis. Ideal para quem procura um local com boa relação qualidade preço.

Apenas o ruído proveniente da janela e da porta do quarto. Como hotel está inserido num edifício antigo recuperado tem essa fragilidade mas esse facto não me impediria de voltar a ficar instalada novamente.

La oscuridad y tranquilidad de la habitación nos permitió un plácido descanso. El desayuno fue completo, agradable, y muy bien servido. El bar ofrece bebidas a precios razonables en un entorno agradable.

Viajamos con una familiar que tenía movilidad reducida y teníamos maletas grandes. El hotel tiene escaleras empinadas y no hay al menos un elevador para maletas. Entiendo que es una casa antigua que no se puede remodelar significativamente, aunque sería ideal que pudiesen encontrar una solución para subir maletas al segundo piso con mayor facilidad.

The building charming, the location is very good with a short walk to the main square. The laundry service was really good and well priced.

The staff were really trying but seemed a little confused on a few occasions. We were offered a complimentary pisco sour, which unfortunately left us with a rather sour taste. When we tried to claim them, we were told they were only available with food. Once served, they were tiny—more like a sip than a proper drink. At one point, the staff seemed to assume we didn’t understand Spanish, but we overheard them saying our drinks were “only complimentary” and that we shouldn’t be prioritized. Not exactly the warmest welcome. Breakfast wasn’t bad, but the presentation was… puzzling. No menus were provided, and it felt like assembling a breakfast from hints dropped here and there: random offers of fruit, eggs, or yoghurt in a confusing fashion. A little guidance upfront would have made the experience much smoother. The intention was there, but a menu would have helped. And the keys! They’re original restored keys from the building, which is charming in theory, but in practice, they resemble keys to the city. I half-expected to be crowned Lord Mayor just for holding them. You basically need a bag just to carry the keys around, which makes leaving the house a small logistical adventure.
