Great location, friendly staff, and very clean. My only complaint is that the beds were not very comfortable at all!

I liked that you can't take the elevator to a floor unless you have a key to that floor.

Filthy! The rooms are covered in curly black hairs in the beds, on the sink, on the floor, etc. We called to ask for new sheets when we first checked in and saw there were hairs and "debris" all in the sheets. The general manager answered the third call and said she is the ONLY employee here and will get new sheets put on as soon as she can. We left to explore the town and came back at almost 10pm. Upon walking into our room, we immediately realized no one had come in to switch the sheets after all. I called the front desk again and she said she can't come up to change them until MIDNIGHT at the earliest!! I said, "so are we not supposed to go to sleep..?" She said "That's not what I'm saying but housekeeping went home already and no one else is here." I can not believe this 6 story hotel has ONE staff member here on a Saturday. And whose fault would that be? The general manager who is telling me she can't help because she's alone! I asked her what she would advise I do and FINALLY she offered to put me in another room. I went down to get the new key and we were moved to the 3rd floor. ONCE AGAIN there were little curly hairs everywhere and gunk on all the surfaces/tub. I'm so grossed out, but have no choice but to stay in this room tonight. I'm terribly disappointed in the filthy rooms and with how unhelpful the general manager has been. All excuses, no actual help. This isn't a cheap hotel, but clearly they're working with a skeleton crew and filthy facilities.
