SGThe location is good. 20 minutes drive to Genting Highlands. A lot of eateries around. The Massage therapists are excellent. The rooms are spacious
The cleanliness of the hotel. The lifts, Corridor floors, Windows were dirty. The bed and pillows very hard. I messaged the property before arrival to ask about the possibility of having rooms next to each other as we travelled with kids. But they didn't reply until we go to the hotel and tell the reception. The Spa is located right next to the reception and too noisy inside until you can't relax. Because, you here all conversations of people who talk outside at the busy reception, children crying and playing. The massage therapists are good. The bathrooms just simple and maintained for minimal. The shower doesn't work properly. Water doesn't floor through the shower holes but from the shower frame.
MYThe room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were good. The environment was peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast was nice with enough choices.

I made a reservation for 4 days & 3 nights at your hotel quite some time ago, and I had specifically requested a hill/mountain view room. The amount I paid was not cheap & of course I expected a pleasant experience throughout my stay. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. The room stated on the access card was A33A-03, but we were unable to enter the room. After waiting quite a while for assistance from your staff, we were surprised that the room was actually occupied by another guest. (Pls check your coridor cctv for proof) We were then brought to another room, BW33A-03, without even a proper apology from your staff. The room provided is not a hill or mountain view room as requested. I had already made this request through both email and phone call prior to arrival, but upon checking in, I was given a room facing other building blocks instead. I am truly disappointed with the service provided & I decided to stay for one night only and requested a full refund for the remaining 2 nights but no one reply my email. The only thing that makes me & my family happy during our 4d3n stay are the breakfast.
