Il prezzo e la posizione. La disponibilità ad un immediato rimborso a fronte della nostra decisione di cambiare struttura.

Siamo arrivati al Riad in una giornata piovosa e credo abbiano avuto problemi di infiltrazioni; le camere assegnate erano diverse da quelle originariamente previste e non avevano lenzuola nei letti. Gli asciugamani erano bagnati (fanno il bucato in loco e non avevano biancheria asciutta). Non c'è una persona fissa nella struttura. Nonostante la disponibilità a darci asciugamani asciutti, i letti non erano utilizzabili e le stanze umide, per cui abbiamo cambiato alloggio. Sicuramente in condizioni normali è molto più confortevole.
