I’ve stayed here a few times and every time you walk in the place smells amazing

My towels weren’t cleaned, I checked each towel and they had weird stains from previous usage.

The main guy at the front desk (BJ?) was absolutely wonderful - before, during, and after my stay. He was SO kind and accommodating and so very friendly. He was such a pleasure to work with! Kindness goes a very long way, and he was just wonderful. Also, my bed was SUPER comfy!
