The location was great and easy to find.

The host is provides very detailed instructions and is very responsive to any queries. Check in and check out process was very easy and smooth. The house was clean and appeared as advertised. The location was very convenient for its purpose and walking distance to supermarket (Aldi). There are 1.5 bathrooms (toilet downstairs, full bathroom upstairs). Lots of other amenities provided - full sized kitchen, coffee pod machine, tea, kettle, microwave, oil/salt provided, dishwasher, hand soap, shower gel, hair dryer all available. Wi-Fi on site. 2 x televisions. Large couches. Outdoor dining area. 1 x secure garage spot and lots of off site/street parking. AC units in all rooms.

The beds are a little firm and the second bedroom has a smaller bed (double) but fine for a short stay. Rooms on the smaller side. The garage is difficult to enter/exit as the remote for the door is inside the townhouse (was much easier and more convenient to park on the street so this didn't affect the stay at all). Stairs to entry and inside staircase is narrow and all bedrooms upstairs so not suitable for those with mobility needs.

The property was immaculate. Every need was anticipated and met. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan for a longer stay in the future.

Maybe because it was too windy over last couple of days, the front gate made a lot of noise. As a suggestion, perhaps a couple of boxes tissue on the tables that would be better.
