"Hidden Charges."

When booked , it was listed as parking included . Even during check-in one of staff ( Name Judy) memeber mentioned that parking charges would be waived off. However in the final bill $30 parking charges were added. I think the staff are not clear about which charges to be added based on booking .

Be aware of parking fees. I received double charges for parking fees. Asking for refund but A week now it is still not settled. Service is not good.
