Very comfortable and close to amenities and beach. Staff were extremely helpful and excellent communication.

Only downside I can think of is: the front door is a bit tough to open with the key but you get used to the way it opens.

Clean apartments, very good equipped kitchen with everything you need and even more, comfortable beds. In the apartments we had everything for comfortable living. Good location with a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby, beach in 5 minutes walk.

This is a spacious two bedroom, two bathroom apartment sitiuated on the second floor ( with a lift) of a clean, quiet block. In the centre of Las Palmas, two minute stroll to Parca Catalina and about 5/6 minutes from Las Canteras beach. It had everything we required for our week long stay- toaster, nespresso coffee machine, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. It is an 'internal' apartment , all the rooms have windows however there is no view. We planned our visit for the Carnival and were anticipating that it may be noisy- not all , so quiet we slept very well. The double bed and linen were some of the comfiest ever! The host Ana was always available and we felt well looked after.

The property is very central less than 10 minutes walk from the bus station and the beach. The apartment was clean, well maintained and fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, cooker with oven/microwave, etc. There is a lift. There is a cafe next door for breakfast and two bakers very close by. The staff were helpful and informative, responding on queries promptly.

No dislikes

The apartment was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The location was excellent.

We would have preferred bath sheets, rather than bath towels and hand towels. There was some building work going on next door but one that on a couple of days went on into the evening. This was obviously not the owners fault.

The shower flooded into the living room due to a poor previous repair. This culminated in us having to leave at 2100 on tge second night

Excellent location a few mins from the beach and the rest of the city. Very big, comfortable bed and pillows. Wifi connection was really good and fine for working, helpful to have a washer and dryer as well. Nice TV and living room and awesome facilities, we had an excellent trip and would come back again.

The shower floor fills up very quickly with water so you need to be very quick or use it on low power.
