Toilet was loose from the floor. they need to practice better room maintenance .

The beds was very comfortable. their breakfast is pretty good. They need more than one waffle maker.

No elevators and the TV didn’t have why you can watch Netflix

there was stains on sheets, very run down, sink was clogged, our lock on door was busted. needs alot of updating

Nothing it was dirty, food was nasty, when I walked in I didn’t know what to think because nobody was even at the front desk and that makes me feel unsafe, for some of us to come in and do something stupid. They couldn’t even call for help until it’s too late, but overall this place is dirty, it was a waste of my money, plus I couldn’t sleep and hear everything that’s going on in that building, this made me appreciate my home. It made me more grateful for my home where I get good sleep at.

It was dirty even the entrance to the carpet you can smell the place and it smells like mold, like pour water has got on the carpets and saturated itself and it’s got a weird smell, I got the hotel room with the hot tub and you could just see all the rust and dirt and grime, the building looks better on the outside than it does on the inside. It needs to be gutted and redone, sad to say for a beautiful building

The staff were nice and professional and the place was clean.

The place was a little loud in the hallway during the evening.
