The property was nice had a fresh new smell and look

Convenience of location also we had a situation with the guests in the adjoining room next to us. Kayce at the check in desk promptly handled it and our stay was wonderful for the rest of the night. Thank you kayce.

The breakfast was great, and the staff were welcoming and responsive when we had issues.

The rooms are smaller and the sink on the outside of the washroom was not good. The handing space for clothes is not enough. Some of the TV's were not working. The room key cards constantly did not work.

Close to home, the beds are comfy and the staff is superb!

Guests were loud and up all night during a week day. The pillows are not comfortable.

Clerk at main desk: He was a young guy with evening shift on March 19th (do not know his name), but he was super helpful, courteous, and nice. Breakfast: it was superb in a sense of cleanliness (everything was shining clean and neat, haven't seen that anywhere else), couertesy of workers (liek lasy asked us if we wanted anything before closing). In terms of variety, it wasn't the besy, e.g. no bacon and eggs but pretty much everything else. Main lobby: They have nice seating area beside main desk and it has a nice TV screen with very beautiful image and music relaxing.

Lady at main reception (night shift): 1) when speaking to her about changing my reservation date (it was last minute after check-in date), she started talking normal in the beginning and felt reasonable even but then I felt she shifted to being bit aggressive even though there was no reason for this. I remained calm all the time 2) Even though booking.com contacted hotel right after got verbal approval from them to perform the last minute change, it was never changed in the system. I was charged as missed/no show. It was the other clerrk (young guy - evening shift on March 19th) who fixed everything by providing me refund for that no show charge and booking me again with the same price (thank you). Other guests: I have seen young guys who invited in a way my daughters to go to the swimming pool. I did not want my daughters to go there afterwards.

The location was great for us. It was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was disappointing. Barely anything. No hot tub. Was looking forward to that.
