Spark by Hilton Plymouth

2 of the 3 treadmills in the gym didn’t work.

Lydia was amazing at front desk - she was so kind and even slipped a sympathy card under my door after the passing of my dad. This was my third time here and it was always comfortable and the staff has been great.

This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The man, William, who works the front desk is incredible! He is amazing at what he does and truly cares for people making sure they are all taken care of. I have never met someone so kind hearted and humble! He did everything he can to make my stay there very comfortable and welcoming. Thank you!

Everything was great except Breakfast. There was no bread for toast, no pancakes or waffles, no eggs, no bacon or sausage. We had juice.

Perfect! Just need a coffee machine in the room. But everything was very great

DO NOT STAY HERE! This is by far the worst hotel experience we have ever had. We got locked out of our room at 2 am and due to a defect on the door, they could not let us back into our rooms until the maintenance person came the next morning. We were left without our medications and essentials overnight because they were locked in our room. The front desk staff member working overnight was rude, aggressive, dismissive and did not care to help us. Also, the rooms look nothing like the pictures online. The cleaners did a poor job when cleaning our rooms. We even had to fight to get bottles of water. This place is advertised under Hilton but it is anything but that.
