It smelled clean and everyone was nice

Easy location to get to. Lots of food and retail choices. Felt safe. Sports bar directly adjacent to the property.

Pillows were pretty flat.

Shower is OK, water stream is comfortable. Beds are not uncomfortable

Oh well, where do I start... We were checking in at 10pm or so to simply spend the night. At check in we were asked if we wanted non-smoking room, which we definitely did as we are a non-smoking family with 2 children, so of course we said yes. When we went up to our room, the wing it was in had very, very strong smell of cigarettes and weed, it was awful! When we stepped into the room the smell inside was alright, but as the time went on, the smell seeped into the room more and more. It almost got unbearable for us, so my husband tried to put a blanket all around the door to stop the smell from seeping through. The doors of all the rooms are so, so loud as they shut!!!! Whomever was staying at the room across the hall must have opened and closed their door 50 times all through the night and every time it shut it made an extremely loud noise, it was absolutely ridiculous! The place was far, far from being clean: splatter on walls (especially walls of the bathroom) and all surfaces, dust everywhere, it just wasn't pleasant being there. At the price point, dirty room, unbearable smell of pot, along with lack of any sort of breakfast... Ridiculous

Loved that the location was just off the highway and only one exit away from Kings Island and the Cincinnati Open tennis courts. There were plenty of options for dining within walking distance or a short drive away. The cleaning staff did a great job and both check in and check out went smoothly. Laundry machines and the ice machine were working and readily available anytime. Overall a pleasant stay with the location and price being the main draws.

There was no breakfast. The pool looked a little rough. A lot of dogs. It didn’t bother us but if you have allergies, probably not the best place for you. There were all sorts of people staying, some pretty sketchy looking people staying long term. You could occasionally hear yelling and screaming from the hallways or see them hanging out the windows smoking.

The room was spacious and clean and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for needs.

we only had a problem with the deadbolt on the door and how the door opened. But we were fine about it.

The walls had stains could have been cleaner. No breakfast

We did not stay there. Checked in but it was so dirty, beginning in the lobby, that we left right away and found a different hotel. This hotel still has smoking rooms so hallways and rooms stunk.
