The Cosy Kingfisher at Tattershall Lakes

It was absolutely beautiful, the place was clean, comfortable, had everything you needed. Excellent value for money, Check in was very easy, the hot tub was very relaxing, we loved it here

Close to facilities and Nigel was fab.

The pictures taken seem to be old The caravan needs a big deep clean and maintenance check, the place is covered in dog hairs and ants, there's not enough cutlery and plates for ten people to say its a ten birth caravan, not enough utensils and trays to cook with, theres rust and patched up broken things throughout the carvan, the pull out bed is very worn and bedding has holes in, the out door mop and tea towel left where dirty stunk and mouldy not fit for use the place is thick with lime scale kettle bathroom kitchen tap . All in all it maintenance and cleanliness was poor never had this experience.

Caravan was beautifully clean with everything you could possibly need, lovely position on the lake We had a wonderful break We will be returning! Thank you.

Property was clean and tidy!! Lovely furnishings and everything you needed for the stay! Very comfortable main bedroom with en-suite!! Lovely decking area including big fishing area on the lake and wonderful hot tub!!!

Lack of free things to do on the site ridiculous that you have to purchase passes to go in a bar and pay top prices for beer also need a pass to enter the arcade i really dont get it but thats away resorts for you not the caravan owner
