"bad service"

the front feel people were really nice

the shower was extremely outdated, the valet parking told us we had to park 2 blocks down because they don’t deal with manual cars, and house keeping walked in on us without knocking TWICE

Excellent location! Waking distance from many restaurants, grocery stores, and club locations! Everything was clean and accessible. Every staff encounter was pleasant and friendly, and we felt very safe and relaxed here!

The only complaint is the price of the restaurant, breakfast buffet, and snacks available to guests. But with the overall price of the room, it’s to be expected. There was also a small issue with the bathroom shower/tub not working efficiently, with a slow drain and low shower pressure.

The location itself is nearby most things

For 3 nights in a row we have been unable to sleep as the bar behind us is blasting music till early hours in the morning. It’s heavy drum and bass and even with noice cancellation headphones the bass still comes through. Absolutely no warning from the hotel this would be happening. As a result, for the last 3 nights I have been unable to sleep and has hindered my experience in Austin. We also asked for our room to cleaned TWICE and they never turned up. We had to chase up numerous times about getting clean towels. I am never one to write reviews however, this stay was one of the worst and I feel it was unacceptable

Got there at 12 o’clock on the first day. We knew check in was 3 but wondered if room was ready. They wanted to charge us 75 dollars to check in. Ridiculous
