Super friendly staff, cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at. My kids loved their outdoor pool, we used it multiple times during our stay. Bonus: my kids said it looked like the backrooms and that apparently is "peak:

At first I wasn't sure about the safety with it being an older hotel and the bikers everywhere (because of the restaurants and Indian dealership next door) but there was staff everywhere and it was super clean with double door locks.
