"Clean facilities but housekeeping did not clean our room"

The facilities were clean.

I asked for my room to be cleaned everyday. They did not clean it once while we were there. Breakfast time was too late on the weekends. We were not able to take advantage as we needed to leave at 630. We did eat breakfast on Friday and the waffle batter was too runny.

Hotel needs a refurb . Car is definitely needed to get around as not much within walking distance . Most places closed by 9.30

"We really enjoyed our stay there and the staff."

It was in a good location. It was clean. All the staff were so nice and spoke to you and were happy to help you. I love the staff there.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like about the property.

When I had made my reservations, there was no mention that the pool would be completely out of service,we couldn't even sit out by it and enjoy the weather.
