Breakfast was good and plentiful. Bed was good.

Bed was next to the AC unit. Cold night with the air blowing directly on me. Found a cockroach in the bathroom

I like the staff. So sweet and knowledgeable. The rooms was clean and fresh. Definitely a 10 out of 10 absolutely recommend.

Im not a fan of knoxville traffic...Definitely not the facilities problem.
