Staff was friendly. Couch in my room had to have been around since the 70’s

The front desk manager was amazing. Friendly, available, and knowledgable about local restaurants. The shower in our room was odd (we were warned), and the way it had been installed meant that there was no way to avoid getting the floor very wet if you showered. But Mary, our front desk maven, gave us extra towels to help with that. While we did hear the folks upstairs walking around, even though we were on the first floor and near the lobby, we couldn't hear the folks who were hanging out there once we got to our rooms. Despite it's proximity to a very busy street, the room was quiet.

This is a Radisson brand in name only. The building was dingy and in poor repair. The elevator can only carry your luggage up. The outside of the building looks run down and it is located in the middle of a bunch of abandoned buildings. The staff is super freindly and helpful. I would not return to this hotel, and almost went looking for another hotel when we pulled in the parking lot, but it was to late to cancel and not be charged for the room.

The people who work at this hotel are incredibly authentic and nice. I was just not impressed with how old it looked, some things were dirty like the wall and the bathroom door, the water pressure was not very strong, the shower was hard to turn on. The beds were very uncomfortable. The buffet was good and I did like that. They kept their coffee machine as well as creamers and half-and-half open all night.

*Honestly I don't know how this hotel has an average of 3 stars. *Location is sketchy, you're close to a lot of run down businesses, mobile home park, cheap restaurants *My room key is from the Baymont Inn & suites *Bed is so hard *There are 0 sprinklers in the room- I'm not even sure this is legal *There is what appears to be mold around the bathtub. *The toilet wobbled when I sat down *It wasn't like this was a $50 hotel either l *The only thing that was ok 2was Mary, the front desk lady, she was so sweet. Do not stay here.

I have been staying at this property for the past four years. The room is comfortable and the service is good. However, I was disappointed this time that the room was dark, the lights are on timers and go off automatically, even when you're in the bathroom. The rooms are dark overall as well. There was no shower gel in the bathroom. The bathrooms will need a refresh soon.

Staff was polite and breakfast was great but the rooms were not properly cleaned. I found used napkin on the floor next to our bed, sticky substance on the nightstand, but the worst was the mold in the bathtub.
