Baymont by Wyndham Indianapolis South

Location

I reserved a king bed for anniversary get away. We we got there they did not have a king room available . Bathroom had hair in corners and mold in shower.

The staff were wonderful. The hotel, not so much. They are trying, but a long ways to go. The double queen bed handicap room should be a single king, the fridge door open the opposite for the client in a wheelchair. The a/c and heating controls unable to reach, no wheelchair accessible bathroom (hand tub shower with not enough room for toilet and tub), cannot reach blow dryer, barely use sink. Toilet seat did not fit toilet base, so it slipped and pinched. Grab bar over back of toilet we which made it useless and unable to remove lid of tank to replace the float which ran every hour. Small limp pillows, very thin blankets. Refrigerator door opened away from center of room making it difficult to access. No closet with hangers, extra blanket or pilllow. Ants.

Large room

There was cracks in the tub, the shower curtain rod was about to fall off, there was pubic hair on the walls of the shower, there was a gel like glob of something on the sheets after we pulled the covers back to get in bed

The pancake machine for breakfast was cool. Besides that not much. The staff was nice but they are foreigners and can barely speak English.

Filthy dirty our room smelt terrible it was nasty as hell. We found food in the air fryer the mini fridge was leaking and mold in the tray. This place is a polished turd straight dump

Location was great. AC gets VERY cold if you want, would be amazing in the summer.

Staff was hard to communicate with. I attempted to change my reservation and the woman on the phone could not understand what I was trying to say. Got frustrated and just hung up the phone.
