We loved how remote the ryokan was with still being so close to amenities in town. The staff were very friendly and had answers to all of our questions.

餐點非常棒，房間也舒適，不過床墊偏軟，因在郊外比較多小蟲 員工服務非常棒！！ 離箱根湯本很近，比較實惠的選擇 這一趟旅程最喜歡的一家飯店😍

"Love this place especially if you're looking for a ryokan experience!"

The room had a private onsen bath with really hot water inside the room. Also the breakfast and dinner were amazing since they had a japanese whole course meal. They also allowed you to wear the yukata.

It was a hike up a long steep stairway to get to the hotel, so if you have any elders in your group, I would recommend getting a taxi. Checkout is at 10am so a bit earlier than other hotels.

Very friendly staff, and they all speak English very well. I got the room with a private bathtub, which after a long day of walking was a very nice treat for my legs and body. The room was also very clean and tidy. I am vegan, and they accommodated me very nicely for breakfast. Although, I had to skip dinner because they didn’t have any options. It is located at the top of a steep hill, so if you have luggage and plan to walk up there, that’s something to keep in mind. Highly recommend overall.
